Radiative tunneling and plasmon-phonon interaction in InP nanowire solar cell

Radiative tunneling recombination mechanism is observed in an InP nanowire solar cell at low temperatures. A link between observed radiative tunneling and field-emission dominated electrical transport is established through the characteristic tunneling energy.
