On free and nearly free arrangements of conics admitting certain $\mathrm{A}\mathrm{D}\mathrm{E}$ singularities

The main purpose of this paper is to provide combinatorial constraints on the constructability of free and nearly free arrangements of smooth plane conics admitting certain $\mathrm{A}\mathrm{D}\mathrm{E}$ singularites.
