Mean squares of quadratic twists of the Möbius function

In this paper, we evaluate asymptotically the sum $$\sum _{d\le X}{(\sum _{n\le Y}\mu (n)\text{leg}8dn)}^2,$$ where $\text{leg}8dn$ is the Kronecker symbol and $d$ runs over positive, odd, square-free integers.
