We prove a version of the Beurling-Malliavin multiplier theorem. This version is formulated here in a simplified form. Let and be a pair of subharmonic functions on the complex plane with positive parts and such that If , , and , then there are an entire function with and a subset in the imaginary axis of linear Lebesgue measure such that the function is bounded on the real axis and on each straight line parallel to the real axis and not intersecting .
