Generalized homomorphisms and KK with extra structure

We develop the approach via quasihomomorphisms and the universal algebra $qA$ to Kasparov’s $KK$-theory, so as to cover versions of $KK$ such as $K{K}^{nuc}$, $K{K}^G$ and ideal related $KK$-theory.
