Properties of the continuum seed-bank coalescent

We study properties of the $\mathit{\text{continuum}}\mathit{\text{seed-bank}}\mathit{\text{coalescent}}$ proposed by \cite{jiao2023wright} such as $\mathit{\text{not}}\mathit{\text{coming}}\mathit{\text{down}}\mathit{\text{from}}\mathit{\text{infinity}}$ and $\mathit{\text{bounds}}\mathit{\text{on}}\mathit{\text{the}}\mathit{\text{expected}}\mathit{\text{time}}\mathit{\text{to}}\mathit{\text{the}}\mathit{\text{most}}\mathit{\text{recent}}\mathit{\text{common}}\mathit{\text{ancestor}}$. We also provide results on the limiting distributions and propose some interesting open problems.
