In this paper, we consider the estimate for the operator along a dilated plane curve , where and is a general plane curve satisfying some suitable smoothness and curvature conditions. We show that is to bounded whenever and , where the trapezium and . This result is sharp except for some borderline cases. On the other hand, in a smaller region, we also obtain the almost sharp estimate uniformly for . These results imply that the operator has the so called local smoothing phenomenon, i.e., the integral about on extends the region of in uniform estimate .
