A $1$-cohomologically hyperbolic birational map of ${\mathbb{P}}^3$, with a transcendental arithmetic degree

We construct a $1$-cohomologically hyperbolic birational map of ${\mathbb{P}}^3$, with transcendental first dynamical degree. The arithmetic degree of this map at a $\bar{\mathbb{Q}}$-point is transcendental.
