The Aizenbud-Lapid binary operation for symmetrizable Cartan types

Aizenbud and Lapid recently introduced a binary operation on the crystal graph $B(-\mathrm{\infty })$ associated to a symmetric Cartan matrix. We extend their construction to symmetrizable Cartan matrices.
