Atiyah-Segal completion for the Hermitian K-theory of Symplectic Groups

We study equivariant Hermitian K-theory for representations of symplectic groups, especially ${\mathrm{S}\mathrm{L}}_2$. The results are used to establish an Atiyah-Segal completion theorem for Hermitian $K$-theory and symplectic groups.
