Moduli of Sub-Laplacians on the second Heisenberg group

We solve the contact equivalence problem for generalised sub-Laplacians on ${\text{He}}^2$ and show that the family of sub-Laplacians on ${\text{He}}^2$ modulo contact equivalence, is parameterised by ${\mathbb{R}}^{+}$
