Stability of $p$-adic valuations of Hecke L-values

In this paper, we prove $p$-stability results for the critical L-values of algebraic Hecke characters over CM fields in $\mathrm{\ell }$-adic anticyclotomic twist family with $\mathrm{\ell }\mathrm{\ne }p$.
