The rising phase of the 2023-24 outburst of the recently discovered bright transient black hole candidate Swift J1727.8-1613 was monitored by {\it Insight}-HXMT. We study the evolution of hard (4-150keV)andsoft(2−4keV)bandphotoncountrates,thehardnessratio(HR),QPOfrequencies,andspectralfeaturesusingdailyobservationsfromtheHXMT/LE,ME,andHEinstrumentsbetweenAugust25andOctober5,2023.TheQPOfrequencyisfoundtobestronglycorrelatedwiththesoft−bandX−raycountrates,andspectralphotonindices.Incontrast,astronganti−correlationisobservedbetweenHRandQPOfrequency,aswellasbetweenHRandphotonindex.Basedontheevolutionofthetemporalandspectralproperties,therisingphaseoftheoutburstissubdividedintosixparts.TheevolutionoftheQPOsinparts1−5isfittedwiththepropagatingoscillatoryshock(POS)solutiontounderstandthenatureoftheevolutionfromaphysicalperspective.Aninward−propagatingshockwithweakeningstrength(exceptinpart4)isobservedduringtheperiodofourstudy.Theprobablemassofthesourceisestimatedtobe13.5 \pm 1.9~M_\odotusingtheQPOfrequency(ν)−photonindex(Γ$) scaling method.
