Quiver presentations and Schur--Weyl duality for Khovanov arc algebras

We provide an $\mathrm{E}\mathrm{x}\mathrm{t}$-quiver and relations presentation of the Khovanov arc algebras and prove a precise analogue of the Kleshchev–Martin conjecture in this setting.
