Study of $D^{+}\to K_S^0{K}^{\ast }(892{)}^{+}$ in $D^{+}\to K_S^0{K}_S^0{\pi }^{+}$

Using a data sample of $e^{+}{e}^{-}$ collisions corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 7.93 $\mathrm{f}{\mathrm{b}}^{-1}$ collected with the BESIII detector at the center-of-mass energy 3.773~GeV, we perform the first amplitude analysis of the decay $D^{+}\to K_S^0{K}_S^0{\pi }^{+}$. The absolute branching fraction of $D^{+}\to K_S^0{K}_S^0{\pi }^{+}$ is measured to be $(2.97\pm {0.09}_{\mathrm{s}\mathrm{t}\mathrm{a}\mathrm{t}\mathrm{.}}\pm {0.05}_{\mathrm{s}\mathrm{y}\mathrm{s}\mathrm{t}\mathrm{.}})\times {10}^{-3}$. The dominant intermediate process is $D^{+}\to K_S^0{K}^{\ast }(892{)}^{+}$, whose branching fraction is determined to be $(8.72\pm {0.28}_{\mathrm{s}\mathrm{t}\mathrm{a}\mathrm{t}\mathrm{.}}\pm {0.15}_{\mathrm{s}\mathrm{y}\mathrm{s}\mathrm{t}\mathrm{.}})\times {10}^{-3}$, including all the $K^{\ast }(892{)}^{+}$ decays.
