Comment:on possible time reversal symmetry breaking in normal state of ruthenate

A spiral spin structure with a nesting vector is expected to be the ground normal state of $S{r}_{2}Ru{O}_4$. It might be observable with use of the ARPES method with circularly polarised photons desighned by A.Kaminsky et al. (cond-mat/0203133).
