The Kohnen-Zagier formula for Maass forms for ${\mathrm{\Gamma }}_0(4)$

We extend a formula of Duke, Imam=oglu, and T'oth (which itself is a generalization of the Katok-Sarnak formula) to prove the Kohnen-Zagier formula for Maass forms for ${\mathrm{\Gamma }}_0(4)$.
