Some results on the motivic nearby cycle

We extend Ayoub’s formalism of motivic nearby cycle functor to the $\mathrm{\infty }$-categorical level, and prove some desired cohomological properties by relating the motivic nearby cycle functor to the notion of local acyclicity in motivic homotopy.
