Rationality of quotients by finite Heisenberg groups

We prove rationality of the quotient ${\mathbb{C}}^n\mathrm{/}{H}_n$ for the finite Heisenberg group $H_n$, any $n\ge 1$, acting on ${\mathbb{C}}^n$ via its irreducible representation.
