Harmonic theta series and the Kodaira dimension of $\mathcal{A}_6$

We construct a basis of the space ${\text S}{14}({ $Sp$ }{12}({\mathbb Z})) $o f S i e g e l c u s p f o r m s o f d e g r e e$ 6 $a n d w e i g h t$ 14$ consisting of harmonic theta series. One of these functions has vanishing order $2$ at the boundary which implies that the Kodaira dimension of $A_{6}$ is non-negative.
