Note on Strichartz inequalities for the wave equation with potential

We obtain Strichartz inequalities for the wave equation with potentials which behave like the inverse square potential $\mathrm{\mid }x{\mathrm{\mid }}^{-2}$ but might be not a radially symmetric function.
