Generation of time-bin entangled photon pairs using a single three-level emitter

We study single-photon emission of a classically pumped three-level $\mathrm{\Lambda }$-type emitter in a high-$Q$ cavity. In particular, generation of single-photon time-bin double-peak wave packets is shown.
