For a set of vertices of a graph , we define its density $0 \leq \sigma(S) \leq 1G$ spanned by the vertices of to . We show that, given a graph with vertices and an integer , the partition function $\sum_S \exp{ \gamma m \sigma(S) }mS0 < \gamma <10 < \epsilon < 1n^{O(\ln m - \ln \epsilon)}$ time. We discuss numerical experiments and observe that for the random graph one can afford a much larger , provided the ratio is sufficiently large.
