We construct solutions for the Shilomis model of ferrofluids in a critical space, uniformly in the entropic relaxation time $ \tau \in\left(0, \tau_0\right) $\mathrm{.}Thisallowsustostudytheconvergencewhen$ \tau\to 0 $ for such solutions.
