We study the Mourre theory for the Floquet Hamiltonian $\hat{H} = -i \partial_t + H(t) $g e n e r a t e d b y t h e t i m e - p e r i o d i c H a m i l t o n i a n$ H(t) $w i t h$ H(t+T) =H(t)$, which describes the Schr"{o}dinger equations with general time-periodic magnetic fields.
