Kloosterman sums and Fourier coefficients of Eisenstein series

We derive explicit formulas for some Kloosterman sums on ${\mathrm{\Gamma }}_0(N)$, and for the Fourier coefficients of Eisenstein series attached to arbitrary cusps, around a general Atkin-Lehner cusp.
