Quasi-positive curvature on a biquotient of $Sp(3)$

Suppose $ϕ_{3} : S p (1) \to S p (2)$ denotes the unique irreducible $4$ -dimensional representation of $S p (1) = S U (2)$ and consider the two subgroups $H_{1}, H_{2} \subseteq S p (3)$ with $H_1 = {\operatorname{diag}(\phi_3(q_1), q_1): q_1 \in Sp(1)} $a n d$ H_2 = {\operatorname{diag}(\phi_3(q_2),1):q_2\in Sp(1)}$. We show that the biquotient $H_{1} \ S p (3) / H_{2}$ admits a quasi-positively curved Riemannian metric.
