Algorithmic construction of Shimura - Taniyama - Weil parametrization of elliptic curves over the rationals

In this note we give an algorithm to explicitly construct the modular parametrization of an elliptic curve over the rationals given the Weierstrass function $\mathrm{\wp }(z)$.
