A graph has -intersection number at most if it is possible to assign to every vertex of , a subset of some ground set with in such a way that distinct vertices and of are adjacent in if and only if . We show that every minimal forbidden induced subgraph for the hereditary class of graphs whose -intersection number is at most , has order at most $3\cdot 2^{d+1}+1d$ in this upper bound is necessary. For , we provide more explicit results characterizing the graphs in without isolated/universal vertices using forbidden induced subgraphs.
