The $R_{\mathrm{\infty }}$-property for Chevalley groups of types $B_l,C_l,D_l$ over integral domains

We prove that Chevalley groups of the classical series $B_l,C_l,D_l$ over an integral domain of zero characteristic, which has torsion automorphism group, possess the $R_{\mathrm{\infty }}$-property.
