The Kohn-H\"ormander-Morrey formula twisted by a pseudodifferential operator

We establish a general, weighted Kohn-H"ormander-Morrey formula twisted by a pseudodifferential operator. As an application, we exhibit a new class of domains for which the $\bar{\mathrm{\partial }}$-Neumann problem is locally hypoelliptic.
