A strictly stationary, M-tuplewise independent counterexample to the Central Limit Theorem

For $M\ge 2$ we construct a strictly stationary, $M$-tuplewise independent sequence that is mixing (in the ergodic-theoretic sense) and yet still fails to satisfy the Central Limit Theorem.
