The $\mathrm{\infty }$-harmonic potential is not always an $\mathrm{\infty }$-eigenfunction

In this note we prove that there is a convex domain for which the $\mathrm{\infty }$-harmonic potential is not a first $\mathrm{\infty }$-eigenfunction.
