Hilbert schemes of points for associative algebras

For a finitely generated associative algebra $\text{cA}$ over a commutative ring $k$ we construct the Hilbert scheme ${\mathbf{H}}_{\text{cA}}^{[n]}$ which parametrizes left ideals in $\text{cA}$ of codimension $n\mathrm{.}$
