We prove that if is a closed surjective map between metric spaces such that every fiber belongs to a class of space $\mathrm SF_\sigmaA\subset XA\in\mathrm S\dim f^{-1}(y)\backslash A=0y\in Y\mathrm S$ can be one of the following classes: (i) for some -complex ; (ii) -spaces; (iii) weakly infinite-dimensional spaces. We also establish that if , then $\dim f\triangle g\leq 0g\in C(X,\mathbb I^{n+1})$.
