The Discrete Analogue of the Operator $d^{2m}\mathrm{/}d{x}^{2m}$ and its Properties

In this paper the discrete analogue $D_m[\beta ]$ of the differential operator $d^{2m}\mathrm{/}d{x}^{2m}$ is constructed and its some new properties are proved.
