An Addendum to "How Good is PSK for Peak-Limited Fading Channels in the Low-SNR Regime?"

A proof is provided of the operational achievability of $R_{\mathrm{r}\mathrm{t}}$ by the recursive training scheme in \cite{zhang07:it}, for general wide-sense stationary and ergodic Rayleigh fading processes.
