Preserving zeros of a polynomial

We study non-linear surjective mappings on subsets of ${\mathcal{M}}_n(F)$, which preserve the zeros of some fixed polynomials in noncommuting variables. Keywords: Matrix algebra, Multilinear polynomials, Preservers.
