We study limit solutions of the one-phase free boundary problem on noncollapsed Ricci limit spaces. We introduce a quantitative stratification of the singular set of the free boundary that simultaneously captures the approximate splitting of the ambient space and the approximate homogeneity and translational invariance of the solution. We also introduce a new truncated parabolic Weiss quantity that provides quantitative homogeneity via pinching across scales. Although this quantity may not be uniformly bounded across all small scales, it effectively shows that, among the first scales in a fixed decreasing geometric progression, at most scales fail to exhibit quantitative homogeneity. Such slow growth in enables us to adapt the covering argument of Cheeger and Naber [arXiv:1103.1819] to show, for every , a upper bound for the volume of the -tubular neighborhood of the -th quantitative singular stratum, . The same tubular-neighborhood estimate holds for the effective stratum , and in particular we get the Minkowski dimension bound , from which the previously known sharp bound in Chan, Zhang, and Zhu [arXiv:2112.06962] follows. As another corollary, we prove that the free boundary admits a Hölder manifold structure away from a set of Minkowski dimension at most .
