Simons formulas in complex space forms and product spaces

We compute Simons type equations for parallel mean curvature submanifolds in complex space forms N^n©, with constant holomorphic sectional curvature c, and product spaces N^n©xR. These formulas are then used to characterize some of these submanifolds.
