We broaden Buzano-type inequalities to provide novel numerical radius bounds for operators of the type , thereby generalizing the results obtained by Sababheh et al. For the -mean transform , we provide a counterexample demonstrating that fails to hold in general for , establish that and are typically incomparable for , and confirm that is valid for if and only if is a member of a newly established -class. Furthermore, we examine the transformation characteristics of and the tensor products , refine Zamani’s inequalities, and unify operator modulus bounds . In this application, we demonstrate that the conditions for norm preservation, and , are equivalent to the statement , and we offer precise norm estimates for off-diagonal block operator matrices under -mean transformation.
