We present a theoretical framework based on the group to construct synthetic three-level configurations from a two-qutrit system consisting of two three-level subsystems. Utilizing its underlying algebraic structure and a set of nine entangled states, we show that the system Hamiltonian can be mapped onto an effective synthetic three-level manifold without introducing Rydberg states. We investigate the entanglement dynamics of these synthetic configurations by introducing the I-concurrence and a generalized Wootters-type concurrence as quantitative measures of entanglement in such system.
